Introduction:

Okay, so the weather is finally changing, yayy (especially for those of us who experience the 4 different seasons) personally sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not, for example when it's mid-winter and I wanna go out in my backyard with my glass of Rosé and smell the fresh springtime breeze ugh I can not! so I'm stuck in my house with my Rosé so when it's time for the blooming flowers I get super excited. I desire lighter and more airy days along with refreshing beverages.

What makes spring So Special - is the renewal of life, warmer weather, longer days, and the desire to spend more time outdoors. Springtime and the characteristics of rosé wine, often embody each other due to its freshness, vibrancy, and lightness.

A brief overview of rosé wine, its production methods, and the range of styles available, from dry to sweet, still to sparkling. Its versatility can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of foods.

Here are some suggestions for food pairings that complement the flavors of rosé and are perfect for springtime dining that is always a hit at any gathering:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine my favorite is Sunday Funday Sparkling Rosé

  • 1/4 cup brandy

  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust according to taste)

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 lime, sliced

  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda for an extra sparkling

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine rosé wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir well to combine.

  2. Add sliced strawberries, orange, lemon, and lime to the pitcher.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.

  4. Just before you're ready to serve the sangria be sure to add sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher and stir gently.

  5. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses and be sure to include some fruit in each serving.

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine my favorite is Stoller Spritz Swing

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • 1/4 cup elderflower syrup or liqueur

  • Fresh berries or citrus slices for garnish (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher or individual glasses, combine rosé wine and elderflower syrup.

  2. Stir gently to mix.

  3. Add ice cubes to individual glasses (if using).

  4. Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda.

  5. Garnish with fresh berries or citrus slices if desired.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

 





Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine my favorite is Les Hauts Plateaux Rosé 

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

  • Club soda or sparkling water

  • Lemon slices for garnish

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a pitcher, combine rosé wine, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.

  2. Fill glasses with ice cubes.

  3. Pour the rosé mixture into the glasses, filling them about halfway.

  4. Top each glass with club soda or sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices.

  6. Stir gently and serve immediately.
