Shipping Policy 

Covid-19 update:

Please note due to covid-19 for warehouse items (items that are not in our showroom) shipping is unfortunately delayed.  Shipping can be anywhere from 10-15 business days.  We apologize for any inconvenience

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver to the Shipment address that you provided during the order process. We will deliver the items to all regions: Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days and allow up to 14 days for delivery.  For shipments outside of the United States, we allow up to 25 business days for delivery.  Regarding shipping details, you will find additional information on our website URL http://www.myheartyleaf.com for the estimated delivery time within your “Order Confirmation”.

Once we received your payment, your order will be processed. We will inform you about the estimated time of delivery within the “Notice of Shipment”. The timeliness of delivery shall be determined by the date on which we dispatch the items to the shipment service provided.

In the rare case that ordered products are not deliverable, we will inform you within the “Notice of Shipment” for the ordered items. By giving this information effected through the “Notice of Shipment” we accept your offer solely with regard to items available. We will not enter into a contract with you in respect to items that are not available.

You shall receive an e-mail containing a tracking code from us allowing you to trace the shipment on its way to you.

We shall have the right to reasonable delivery in installments. If you ordered several items, it can happen that we ship them in several shipments. We will inform you of such a case before we dispatch the items. In case we separate the delivery in installments, we will not charge additional shipping costs.

In the case of a cancellation, you have to pay the costs of the return if the delivered items are as ordered and if the price of the items is higher if you have not yet paid for the items or made a contractually agreed partial payment by the time of the cancellation.

Disclaimer *

At the moment the only items that are being shipped are the Bath Teas and mugs.  However, non-shipped items and all other items are available for delivery and pickup.  Shipments of non-shipped items will be available soon.  I will update the site when that time comes closer.  Thank you for your time and love.

Update: *4/28/23 all items in-store and in our online store are available to be shipped. 

Update: *7/11/23 Local USPS's have been out of shipping labels for purchase.  Please add an extra 2-4 days onto your shipping.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
